Fatemeh Goudarzi has spent more than a decade delivering complex real estate and construction projects across four continents — from an $800M+ waterfront development in Istanbul to a fire-zone hillside residence in Topanga, California. She founded GAVARI Studio to bring that same rigor — owner's-side oversight, cost discipline, and an eye for what actually gets buildings finished on time and on budget — to clients who need a strategist and an executor in one person. BACKGROUND Over 11 years, Fatemeh has managed project delivery across the United States, Germany, the UAE, Turkey, Switzerland, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, with a combined portfolio exceeding $1 billion across 12+ projects. Her work spans the full lifecycle of a project — entitlement and permitting, budget and schedule control, contractor and consultant management, and owner representation through closeout — on both ground-up developments and high-stakes renovations. She currently serves as Senior Project Manager, Owner's Representative, and Real Estate Advisor at Douglas Elliman, focused on the Westside and Beverly Hills markets, and holds a California DRE license.
